He also led the creation and expansion of Apollo 24|7’s insurance vertical, overseeing product, technology, operations, and organizational strategy—bringing full P&L ownership and board-level engagement.

Mankiran is a technology business leader with experience in driving a high-performance growth culture. She leads the Financial services & Consumer Industries business for Salesforce India and is fuelled by the mission of accelerating growth for the segment.

Ashish brings to the table 20+ years of corporate experience across consumer (FMCG/FMCD), insurance, telecom and new media domains. He practices the amalgamation of brand marketing, technology, and data analytics to transform brands and enrich consumer experience. At Home Credit India, he is responsible for using digital as a key medium for enablement & delivery and expand the brand’s reach across India. Prior to joining Home Credit India, Ashish was associated with Future Generali India Life Insurance (FGILI), Hero Group, Jubilant, Vodafone India and HCL. He has been a TEDx speaker, keynote panelist and jury member at various marketing summits, and a visiting faculty at IIMR. Ashish holds a post-graduate degree in Business Management from LBSIM, New Delhi, combined with a digital and social media specialization from IIM, Bangalore.
Neil Thompson is the Director of the FutureTech research project at MIT’s Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Lab and a Principal Investigator at MIT’s Initiative on the Digital Economy.
Previously, he was an Assistant Professor of Innovation and Strategy at the MIT Sloan School of Management, where he co-directed the Experimental Innovation Lab (X-Lab), and a Visiting Professor at the Laboratory for Innovation Science at Harvard. He has advised businesses and government on the future of Moore’s Law, has been on National Academies panels on transformational technologies and scientific reliability, and is part of the Council on Competitiveness’ National Commission on Innovation & Competitiveness Frontiers.
He has a PhD in Business and Public Policy from Berkeley, where he also did Masters degrees in Computer Science and Statistics. He also has a masters in Economics from the London School of Economics, and undergraduate degrees in Physics and International Development. Saurabh is the Chief Technology Officer of India’s leading Insurtech company, Policybazaar.com. He is a leader, who brings insights from both technical and business perspectives in Information Technology. This is Saurabh’s second stint with Policybazaar and he joined the company in February 2019. Since then, he has been responsible for tech innovations and providing a seamless customer experience to the visitors to the website. Prior to joining Policybazaar, Saurabh served as Vice President of Technology at GEP Worldwide. He has also held leadership roles with IBM India and MCSB Systems.

Manya Ghobadi is an Associate Professor in the EECS department at MIT and a member of the Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL). Her work is helping to power the next wave of AI by rethinking the digital infrastructure that supports it. From faster cloud systems to more efficient machine learning pipelines, her research focuses on making AI more scalable, responsive, and production-ready. Manya’s insights are shaping how organizations build smarter, more agile technologies to meet evolving customer and business needs.
Patrick “turns minds into money”, taking academic research and experimentation and practically applying it, for both business and politics.
From an academic perspective, Patrick lectures part-time at multiple London universities; he has led modules on consumer behaviour, social cognition and the psychology of marketing and advertising. He is the author of the book Hooked: Why cute sells and other marketing magic we just can’t resist. He was previously the lead psychologist at Cambridge Analytica and now runs several behavioural and data analytics consultancies.

Arvind Satyanarayan is an Associate Professor at MIT EECS and a member of the Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence Lab, where he leads the MIT Visualization Group. His research explores how interactive systems and data visualization can augment human intelligence by amplifying cognition and creativity while preserving user agency. His work bridges design, computation, and AI to create systems that empower users to reason, explore, and act with greater clarity and control. His visualization tools are widely used across industry, open-source communities, and platforms like Wikipedia, and have earned recognition from IEEE, ACM, and the Sloan Foundation.
